So, if a child was being abused, and he had a guardian, he could not be removed from a home? Only view him?

Yeah, the reporting is wrong. Well, the reporting may be right (as in what Greta was told) but the info given to her was wrong, possibly on purpose.
The DCF has to get an okay unless it's the guardian suspected of the abuse.

From what was reported (and don't flame me if it's wrong), justice Kennedy can either ask the other 8 to vote on what to do with the case, or he can take it upon himself to decide whether they'll hear it or not. Again, this could be wrong, but it's just what I heard on one of the news networks.
I have an M.D. from Harvard, I am board certified in cardio-thoracic medicine and trauma surgery, I have been awarded citations from seven different medical boards in New England, and I am never, ever sick at sea. So I ask you; when someone goes into that chapel and they fall on their knees and they pray to God that their wife doesn't miscarry or that their daughter doesn't bleed to death or that their mother doesn't suffer acute neural trama from postoperative shock, who do you think they're praying to? I want Lord Jesus , to trust You fully for Terri. I ask for a Faith that will Not Shrink , though pressed by every foe.Only believe, Only believe, all things are possible, only believe. Nothing is impossible Lord Jesus with You, in fact YOu specialize in things THOUGHT IMPOSSIBLE. Right now we think that Terri being saved from a sure death is impossible.
