On Greta's show tonight, it was explained that Greer issued an injunction against DCF taking Terri because she has a guardian. If she didn't have a guardian, they could take her.

So, if a child was being abused, and he had a guardian, he could not be removed from a home? Only view him?

Yeah right! There is something wrong in this reporting.

Yeah, the reporting is wrong. Well, the reporting may be right (as in what Greta was told) but the info given to her was wrong, possibly on purpose.

The DCF has to get an okay unless it's the guardian suspected of the abuse.
