The cops always know what's going on before it happens. Hospice is keeping them informed and the cops never acted like they were expecting FDLE to show up.

I beat you to the draw, my FRiend ... I brought your post over, post haste. Most excellent take on the situation. My only comment is that President Bush said in his Texas presser that he wanted to see a full review of Terri's medical file, which means he knew about the latest medical finding from the Neurologist and that DCF was again looking to enter the case. Governor Bush said in his presser that DCF has the authority to take protective custody. Those two are really good at what they do.

I keep remembering Gov Bush mentioning that he thought if Terri could hold on 36 hours, she could be saved.

It seemed a little long at that time and I wondered about it. I also wondered why they mentioned they would contact Judge Greer as a courtesy. Maybe they are the ones laying the trap.

(Lets keep it quiet and just know that God knows what is going on and it will all work according to His purposes in the end. Evil will not win.)

I hope that W is closely engaged in this battle. I trust him to do right if he knows the circumstances. Come to think of it, with his brother as gov. I suppose he is "engaged". But I find it is taking a great leap of faith to trust that things are truly working out right and Terri will be spared.

If she has a guardian, why is she being killed? Apparently the guardian is not doing the job.

her guardian - who has TOTAL control - is michael, who, it appears, has a dedicated, determined and desperate need to have her dead and immediately cremated (already has the court permission)

As far as the DCF removing the patient suffering from abuse using an ambulance, I would prefer to see a helicopter or two swoop in, a bunch of armed law enforcement personnel jump out with the appropriate medical personnel, and fly off to at least another state than Florida after securing the passenger.

I read on some thread that DCF had showed up at 5:30 p.m. and politely asked to see Terri but were not allowed to remove her. Any truth to that?

I'm sure the elderly are worrying but it is not about social security it is about the death dealers coming for them.

A guardian is normally supposed to see the ward. Greer has never done so in person. So how could he really be her guardian?
