My question is where are the pro-death protesters? All the polls say that a majority of people want Terri to die. One must wonder.

"Let the City police arrest the State guys?? I dono if that would constitute a problem.." Isn't the County Sherriff TOP of the Law Heap, and possibly even the FBI when it comes to who has top "jurisdiction?.....If so, THE SHERRIFF should ride in there and get Terri out and take her to a hospital if it could be shown to him that laws have possibly been broken ......

Waste of time. Jeb needs to seize Terri ASAP.

Interestingly, Fox's legal analyst, Judge Napolitano, this afternoon said it would only take four justices to agree to review the case...not a majority...and that they'd decide fast since Terri is in jeopardy.

It does absent his finding, but I don't think it will work medically. That was my only point. Given however the finding, Greer is just carrying out she wants to die and he's helping her to carry out her wishes free from officious intermedlars finding. All roads lead to and from that one little finding.

Boise on Fox News Greta is now repeating what I have been ranting about, post after post. The pleadings sucked. Nick, you and I and Boise seem to be the only ones in America who get it. Simply amazing. A enigma within a mystery within a riddle. Hey, you had to nudge me but I get it. Gibbs is terrible.
To: hershey
Yeah but our fast and their fast is two different things.
To: Torie
Alan Dershowitz said the same thing on MSNBC.

Just to be clear, I didn't state Jeb Bush would forcibly remove Terri. I'm not even sure it's the right coarse of action.
IMO, Jeb is a good man. A Christian. If so moved, I believe he was the strength to order Terri receive that feeding tube. It may not be God's will.
I'm not going to pretend to know His will in regards to Jeb, nor will I condemn Jeb if Terri dies.
Instead I condemn the Culture we've breeded that brought us to this point, and suggest it's time to start confronting it honestly.

Wow. Are you suggesting that the polls aren't valid? ;-) LOL

I also heard the judge say this...and I was quite surprised...it will take only 4 of the justices to agree to a review of the case...he said its one of the quirks about the Supreme Court, and I would guess, that most people dont realize this...

Well apparently only Dershowitz, Boise and I are fit to be nominated to SCOTUS. I am willing to take the pay cut, and the enduring of a less comfortable climate. Who do you pick? :)

Its a complicated issue. Every court thus far has said the scumbag is within his rights as Terri's guardian, to have the feeding tube removed.
Unfortunately, I think in most of the pleadings to the courts, the family has not argued effectively about Terri's lack of written expression of her wishes in an incapacitated state, which she is in now.
The scumbag husband during the civil litigation never once stated that, in essence, Terri doesn't want extraordinary measures to sustain her life. Once the money came in, and after he professed that he was going to take care of Terri, then order all support to stop for Terri.
The court has overlooked two important facts; they have not clearly discerned Terri's cognitive abilities and they haven't determined whether or not the Scumbag is in a conflict of interest; in other words is he making these decisions based upon a real expression made by Terri or does he stand to gain something by her death.
Because the Court has not ordered an independent evaluation of Terri's condition, they cannot be certain if Terri is undergoing unnecessary pain and torture as a result of no nutrition.
If Terri dies this way, nobody wins except the scumbag.
