Last night I saw Mort Kondrake repeating the line about how blissful and euphoric death by starvation really is (he "has read up on it"). I know about his wife's situation and I know they were faced with the issue, but I was a little stunned that Mort couldn't discern the difference between cessation of eating due to terminal illness and diseased tissue vs. withholding food and water from an otherwise healthy, non-dying body.

Congressman Moran has been a drunken brawler and wife beater for years. The police were called to his home a few times before she finally just left and divorced him. He was always getting into trouble at Arlington or Alexandria wherever he was in charge before he was in Congress for brawling with anyone he thought he could bully. Jim Moran also got into trouble for beating on a black child at some gig in his district. He is also a notorious Jew hater. He had a child that was very seriously ill and was close to death,and God forbid if anyone would suggest he should give Terri's parents the same benefit that people gave him.
