The spiritual advisor of the Schindlers, Bro. O'Donnell, said the Dept. of Children and Families has had a new physician examine Terri and that "he DID go into her room and WAS at her side and DID observe her."
Department of Children and Families, are the department if someone is being physically abused, or the elderly, and "they have the authority" to take her into protective custody.
He continued, "what is being done to her now constitutes" that, and that DCF should "be taking her into protective custody."
Cooper: "Aren't people being taken off feeding tubes all the time?" Brother O'Donnell: "When they're DYING. But she was not dying. She could live another 20, 40 years."
"She's the only person who has been COURT ORDERED to have her tubes removed. Not 'The guardian MAY" but the guardian 'shall' remove her tubes."
CNN checked on the facticity of this last claim, and found that "There is ONLY ONE other case, Nancy Beth Cuzan in which the court ordered the tube MUST be removed."
Dr.Sanjay Gupta says if Terri is in the minimally conscious state, her eyes open spontaneously. She must do one of the following: --follow simple commands (to show she can hear and understand) --give yes or no responses
Nor a P.E.T. or CAT scan, they want her dead and I want to know what Greer gets for doing this.
That's 45 minutes more than the doctor who Greer used to say that Terri was pvs, who I might add is also in the death movement with Felos. He even claimed that people who were pvs didn't have any constitutional rights last night on Hannity & Colmes.

"four" court appointed doctors have announced she's PVS.
But there are "fourteen" doctors who cared for Teri saying all along what this woman needed was rehabilation services to improve. Michael Schavio for some strange reason had the power to tell the hospital/nursing homes she is to be denied these services from day one.
Michael goes to court in 1990-1991 to plead money for malpractice and receive it for Teri's rehabilation. Then after he receives it refuses the money be used that way and instead tells everyone she wants to die.
Whether Teri dies or not, her body should not be cremated as Michael has wanted since 1993 or earlier. An autopsy should be made to verify the findings of other doctors who noticed that Teri had a broken neck and that this seems to be the cause of her 1990 injury. Other doctors noticed broken ribs and signs of strangulation and concluded that this woman has suffered trauma.
Michael Schavio has friends in the Sheriffs department so for some reason none of these findings are being investigated including the one where the nurse complained the Michael went into Teri's room and administered insulin into her arms, groin, and breast causing her blood levels to go crazy. This nurse reported this to the police and nothing gets done. Instead she and another nurse have been fired for contacting the police.
Her guardians are not neurologists. And her parents simply believed what they were told by docs.
She feels pain, why do they give her pain meds for cramps. She responds to her mother with a smile. She is said to have uttered words prior to her neglect. There were 2 out of 5 docs who disagreed with the original diagnosis and 40 % of the time the diagnosis is unreliable. There is poor interrater reliability of the diagnosis, reasonable docs disagree. That is poor grounds for saying that she is a dead woman.
Look at her, no way can you say that woman is dead. And that is after 10 years of neglect, being in a room with no stimuli, no therapy, no love. Gee, I would be in the same shape.
MS is a psychopath who has intimidated all around him. Her best interests are not the same as his.

Do you understand WHO CHOSE the doctors that diagnosed her?
The ONLY doctor allowed to evaluate her who wasn't chosen by Michael or the judge,and who spent the most amount of time with her, gave a diagnosis THEN very similar to what you're hearing doctor's say who are speaking out now.
A noted neurologist quoted in the Wall St Journal today, was shocked and said that it was CRIMINAL that no one has performed a PET scan on her.
BTW - You don't think people can go for 15yrs being misdiagnosed? You don't read very much. You certainly don't read medical literature. It happens all the time. And is written about in medical literature all the time.

Do you get the feeling that Felos and this Judge are hiding a lot? No judge is going out on a limb like this unless he is in on a scam or is being blackmailed IMHO. Felos IMHO is calling the shots so what is he hiding about this hospice.
Understand the Federal Court because the pleadings there took the wrong track. What I don't understand is ordering the removal of the feeding tube and not allowing her to be fed by mouth including water.
Makes no sense unless they are covering up something much larger then just Terri. Why risk all this publicity? Why take the husband's word as gospel?
The HINO put her on the tube to save money, she was eating fine. She could eat just fine all over again if the HINO hadn't barred physical therapy. There's nothing in current law that prevents her being left alive. Only the obstinate, murderous selfishness of the HINO and the psychotic power-play of Greer are preventing that.

Wonder if her testimony was part of the new information that has come to light to DCF? Someone made that call three weeks ago to launch this investigation.

Should Terri die and if Judge Greer financially gains from murdering Terri, his decision sas a judge in court dealing with Terri are no longer protected by law and he can be charged with her murder.
