The spiritual advisor of the Schindlers, Bro. O'Donnell, said the Dept. of Children and Families has had a new physician examine Terri and that "he DID go into her room and WAS at her side and DID observe her."
Department of Children and Families, are the department if someone is being physically abused, or the elderly, and "they have the authority" to take her into protective custody.
He continued, "what is being done to her now constitutes" that, and that DCF should "be taking her into protective custody."
Cooper: "Aren't people being taken off feeding tubes all the time?" Brother O'Donnell: "When they're DYING. But she was not dying. She could live another 20, 40 years."
"She's the only person who has been COURT ORDERED to have her tubes removed. Not 'The guardian MAY" but the guardian 'shall' remove her tubes."
CNN checked on the facticity of this last claim, and found that "There is ONLY ONE other case, Nancy Beth Cuzan in which the court ordered the tube MUST be removed."
Dr.Sanjay Gupta says if Terri is in the minimally conscious state, her eyes open spontaneously. She must do one of the following: --follow simple commands (to show she can hear and understand) --give yes or no responses
Hi, Nick. As you say, and may it happen NOW before it is too late.
I was starved (not dehydrated) for 4 days once while in the hospital. I was so hungry, every time I saw a nurse I begged for food. These "experts" who are saying how "peaceful" death by starvation/dehydration is should try it sometime.
Terri's former guardian from the late 90's on FOX NEWS now. Fully supporting Terri. Has a nurse there too.
GO!
Plus the fact they've been pumping her full of morphine every few hrs. I've had morphine after surgery and I couldn't respond to anyone verbally, even tho I thought I WAS. Weird effect that stuff has.
Peach, if you have FOX NEWS put it on now. Former guardian for Terri, court appointed, in full support of her.
BTW what Doctor was her guardian? I have not heard that. I have heard of three lawyers. You said "some of her guardians were doctors". Who? Curious about that as I have never heard of it.
15 years of being misdiagnosed? Yeah right ... this reeks of desperation.

Yea by the turd that has been trying to kill her for 15 years, wake up goof ball!
Well, how VERY interesting! Good on you for finding that! Medicare fraud rears its ugly head.
JEEZ. It is a matter of public record and has been published (all of the contributors) here on FR.
I have said for years that Colmes looked to me like Jack klugman as quincy made(rebuilt with putty etc.) from a skeleton's remains.
I read it myself, and I agree completely...except for your surprise at its use here. The death squad will do whatever it can to justify and/or cover for this killing.
Actually, both allegations are made seriously. First, that the order is unlawful, either because Terri is not PVS, or because Terri's wishes would not be starved to death; and second, that casuing the death of an otherwise helathy human body is unethical.
I'm not sure what Peach's position is, but it seems to be that this must be ethical because it happens hundreds of times a day without uproar; and the decision must be correct because the court documents show it to be so.
This is going to come out one way or another, should Terri, the backlash will cripple what's left of the Democrats power both in FL, D.C., the courts and the rest of the nation.
Guardian name is Richard Pearse.
I know the feeling! I had a severe infection after my son was born by C-Section (they forget to give me antibiotics) and they wouldn't let me eat by mouth but I had an IV which sure didn't keep my mouth moist. I can still remember those ice chips they would let me have. Even hospital food tasted great when I could finally eat including lime jello which I normally hate! Obviously these people saying how easy it is have no idea -- I say let them go without food and water for a few days and see how they feel about it then.
no problem-- it wasn't meant as a correction as much as a thank-you for a sorely needed laugh. It conjured a picture to me of a crazed detective at the door brandishing a knife and yelling HI-YA! I really did LOL!
I didn't see a thread about it.
Can you give a little insight as to what he is saying. My satellite is broken and I don't have access to television.
And being given morphine.
