"Hannity for all his faults has been fully loaded and firing for effect for weeks on this thing. I tip my hat to him."

Hannity can be a bulldog. When he finally gets his facts straight he's tough.

I wanted to give the man a bear hug. Hannity asked him if he was concerned about 'this woman' behind him that was going to likely die within 72 hours and Moran went off babbling about Medicare and thousands of people. Hannity nailed him and told him that it's Congress' responsibility to safegaurd individual lives, and just went off "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.." etc. Crowd behind him was cheering loudly, punctuating everything Sean said. Wish I had the transcript to post cause he was definitely nailing the bullseye point after point and reloading like a one eyed Marshall on Horseback.. without the aid of booze or corndodgers lol

If you can get documentation and prove ASAP, that would really help.

"Greer is obviously insane."

I sure hope you are not practicing law anymore.

I take it up with you because, no matter whose words they are, YOU CHOSE THEM for repetition here.

Maybe there is hope for Terri too and someday she'll tell us all what really happened 15 years ago.

2/11/2005
Sarah Scantlin was 18 years old when, as a pedestrian, she was injured in a hit-and-run accident that left her in a vegetative condition, aware of her surroundings but unable to speak or move.

Since that time, she has been in a care centre in the Midwest US state of Kansas.

Scantlin´s parents unexpectedly received a phone call last week from the nursing home where their now 38-year-old daughter resides.

However, instead of the call being about Sarah, it was actually from Sarah.

"Hi mum," she said to her mother.

The words were a shock and a joy for Scantlin´s parents.

"There´s just no words," mother Betsy Scantlin told a CBS television news show. "I´ve just laughed ever since because it´s just so amazing."

"she went to police that day and a homicidal detective came to her home that night."

LOL... I know you mean homicide detective-- but it sure gave me a good and sorely-needed laugh. Thank you!

To me, it is not whether she is PVS or whatever. It's that she is a human being and should not be murdered.

Actually, according to FL law and as per the trial summary by Greer, PVS state is one of the 3 pillars that must be established in order to be compliant with FL state law to authorize feeding tube withdrawal. If the PVS pillar is compromised (Terri is established as being Minimally Conscious), then the statute is not met, leaving Greer and everyone else powerless to kill Terri. That is why it is so critical.

NO ONE has cared....NO ONE has done anything about it.

That is because no one has reported it, like those nurse who are now coming out to speak.

If Judge Greer can be fianancially TIED to George Felos, owner of the hospice Terri is in, it brings EVERYTHING INTO A NEW LIGHT!!!!

Why can't Larry King, or any of the other sensationalists in the media that have such an affinity for fawning all over this piece of garbage, simply ask Michael Schiavo what his price is? Everybody has one; he has one, and he needs to set it. He could have his friggin money by close of business, tomorrow, and Terri and her parents could escape this nightmare.

LOL. So now freepers shouldn't report what's on television. Okay. I'm taking notes.

And we shouldn't believe people in court under oath but should believe people who say on the internet they are doctors and nurses but have never testified or even mentioned their little stunning findings to the Schindlers.

Gosh, FR has so many new rules.

Two things:

1. Lanny Davis was on O'Reilly tonight in an eloquent defense of Terri Schiavo's right to live and be cared for by her parents. Yes, THAT Lanny Davis!

2. A freeper earlier today and I were discussing the possibility that hospice care should really be investigated. Some of these hospices are chains, and are money-making propositions. I know that some hospices are runby religious orders and such, but I am highly suspicious of those like this one. How does anyone know if the patients get the drugs that Medicaid and Medicare are billed for? How do we know that there are thousands of patients like Terri that don't have determined people to fight for them? Who gets custody of these people after they die? (I am reaching into Coma territory here.)

The longer this has gone on, the more suspicious I am of an entire system of hospitals, nursing homes, and hospices. Seems to me there is all sorts of opportunity for fraud and other crimes.
