Read this. Very Intresting.
I would not have allowed Terri to die over a defective pleading which is curable. I just wouldn't. That's what gets me, too. Have these judges lost all their humanity? It's process, process, process with these guys, while the woman starves to death. |
You just never know..In the spirit this women could be in the presence of the Lord...she's not just an empty shell like many would have us believe. I truly pity those who are activily seeking her death.
Terri ping! If anyone would like to be added to or removed from my Terri ping list, please let me know by FReepmail!
bttt
It could also be the answer to the nation's obesity problem.
It's interesting to read the polemic by Dr. Cranford,

and this item on the same day. Clearly, Dr. Cheshire has spent a good bit of time in the library sorting out the recent literature, and sufficient time observing Terri objectively to form a firm clinical opinion on the ambiguity of the diagnosis in this case. In my learned opinion, he blows Cranford out of the water, on the very issue of ambiguity. Legally, I suppose, the certainty of the diagnosis of PVS is absolutely critical here. His reviews and observations post date Greer's hearings, and are current.
Mind that his report is not an exhaustive evidentiary treatise, but written as a recommendation to APS, by which he was commissioned. So from your point of view it may be lacking but is very powerful and sufficient to justify administrative action.
...and our traffic congestion problems...
Wow, that's a bombshell -- Jeb has all he needs now.....
ok, got it....
looks juicy and I see Hugh Hewitt thinks it is a bombshell too...
will read it offline, be back later
BUMP FOR TERRI
Isn't drowning supposed to be "euphoric" as well? Perhaps we should just drown people, that way they won't linger on and take up valuable bed space in Hospice.
Can you put it up as a new thread -- it merits it. Good catch!
Finally, we have the report of a disinterested neurologist whos affidavit is in line with what is observed on the videotapes and gathered from other testimony. His summary is a million times more credible than either Hammesfahr's or Cranford's.
Here's a link to his bio:

Freezing to death is supposed to be, too. All convicted murderers should be allowed to experience this euphoria on the way to meeting their maker.
This is what Jeb was talking about today at 3:00pm
Bump for Terri!
Can you do it? I haven't put up a thread for so long, I've forgotten how, lol!
Will do.
Well yes, the Dems will probably add that to their Health Care plan. brilliant.
On another note. It's a sad, sad day in America when two teenagers get handcuffed and arrested for trying to give another human being a cup of water. Makes me sick to my stomach.
ty!
