It may have been the kids' ideas. Some kids actually have compassion.

My guess is that they asked their parents' permission to do this. I doubt they're being used, but then again I've been fooled a few times...
Bob, If I thought for a moment that the kids were being used, I'd agree. But what I think this points out is that these kids are not tainted and that even a child knows that you shouldn't withhold water from someone, especially from someone who is helpless.

Nobody's "using the kids". If you had bothered to read the text accompanying the pictures you would have known that the kids decided to do it on their own.
If you won't read; you're no better off than those that can't.
What concerns me is they might spend the night in jail...
It's hard enough on adults...(who are doing this)..
..I shudder for the children.
