She wouldn't comment any further on it .. just that they can do it legally

Does anyone think the Governor would bring up the DCF 'nuclear option' publicly like that, with aforeknowledge it would go to Judge Greer and get shot down? They'd be wasting their time. They must have some other 'back door' way around this. I like it! I like it! Good and sneaky and MORAL!

if jeb bush saves terri, i think he can feel pretty confident of the 2008 presidential election, esp as the dems can't find anyone to put up besides....the Hildebeest.

Other than Hannity being an idiot with keeping talking, believe that DCF will take custody with the new information -- would like to think with new information Greer will back them taking over.

A motion to intervene in this case because of new information has been filed. Neurologist from the Mayo Clinic -- believes she has been misdiagnosed.

To take physical custody? JB: Under Section 415,1051, DCF could take protective custody of Mrs. Schiavo.

They said he was not allowed (by Michael) to examine Terri, but did observe her at bedside for an hour.

Did you all hear that on Hannity? Some lady with Gov. Bush said that DCF COULD take custody of Mrs. Schiavo. She didn't say anything about a court approving this step.

I was asked this morning by a colleague why the Schindlers have been unable to mount a full court press, with all Terri's medical records and testimony from people who are now speaking out.

Is it because they had limited funds and MS had all Terri's settlement money for lawyers? That hardly seems equitable under the law.

But Greer cannot see this request. He is almost legally blind...
