Hannity just broke in announcing that the full 11th Circus has refused to hear the appeal.

What is wrong with these judges? They seem bound and determined to not listen to the evidence in the case.

Praise God, I and many others have been praying and posting and calling and emailing about DCF legally taking custody all day!

A reporter asked the governor whether DCF could legally take custody.

A lawyer then came to the podium and said yes, they COULD.

Jeb Bush added, however that the decision wasn't up to him.

I don't know what is like in Fl. but a judge cannot end an ongoing investigation by protective services, it could very well buy time if she is taken in custody while an investigation is going on. To use the sick logic of the left, she becomes "evidence"

If the Florida DCF, per the Governor just now, actually moves (let's say this afternoon) to go take Terri into protective custody, I hope there is an accompanying restraining order issued that will not allow the hospice to gain access for Michael to go in there. I would not put it past him to kill her outright just to keep her from getting a chance to live by DCF custody and some additional legal maneuverings.
