>>they have filed the paperwork and hope to file the affidavit with the court today.
Let me guess---it's going to a round file in Greer's court?

I want to believe this- but Randall screwed up big time yesterday about the Clinnton Judge. I don't know if he can be trusted.

Exactly WHAT army does the Court system have?
My point too. If I was governor, I'd have NG troops, Hueys and M-60 tanks surrounding her for protection.

Can Jeb Bush take Terri Schiavo into custody?
Jeb's attorney: DCF could take protective custody of Mrs. Schiavo

That reminds me of the saying about the man who was on top of his roof when the flood waters came. Exactly. Matt 12:39 "a wicked and perverse generation seeks after a sign"

I think Jeb is going to run in 2008. It looks like he's made a strategic decision that it's better to have to change his mind later than to have hundreds of left-wing media people squawking about a "Bush monarchy" for the next three years.

"That just means another court date and hearing. It won't happen immediately."
Jeb needs to seem like he's doing something. An "out" that can't work fits the bill.

Jeb stated that the department has filed to take custody and new information has come to light recently and an affidavit will be filed this afternoon. Hard to put together because Hannity won't shut up!

Now a question regarding taking into custody, they say DCF "Could" take protective custody of Terri. Jeb says it's not his decision. I think he's saying the motion is in front of Greer right now?

The impression I got from listening to Jeb Bush was that Adult Services were stepping in; new evidence has been received within the past three weeks, a renowned neurologist states that Terri may have been misdiagnosed, Jeb stated that Terri deserves her civil rights.
