If you never have been unhappy with the Court in the last 50 years, you belong at DU, not here. So don't try to raise your pro-death view to a principle that the court system worked properly. The court worked properly in your view only because you agree with it. And the court ALWAYS works properly in its view - because the court defines what "properly" is and no one can question it.
