Terri's Priest accuses Michael of "Abuses I wouldn't do do a dog"; her parents have to STRIP SEARCH
Fox News TV 7:15 AM Wednesday | 03/25/05 | gentlestrength

Posted on 03/23/2005 4:31:37 AM PST by gentlestrength

On Fox: Terri Schiavo's spiritual advisor from her parish, Paul O' Donnell says "Her parents have three police check points, one a strip search. In the room there is a policeman because they fear Rose might give Terri water."

Q: What do you think of Michael? "I think he [Michael] wants what is best for him...I can give a laundry list of abuses that I would not do do a dog."

Q: How does she look? "She is pale white instead of rosy, her cheeks are beginning to sink in, and her tongue is beginning to swell."

OF COURSE that is what this is leading to. Do any of you think that it isn't? Look at what you've heard folks. It is more "humane" to starve her, it is more "humane" for this or that. We are not falling down the slope yet but we are tottering on the edge.

In our lifetimes your life won't be worth a plug nickel. Unless you're rich.

"Terri Schiavo MAY NOT have wanted to live like this (like over 70% of Americans)"

We still don't encourage suicide. Or murder. We have value as humans, and we don't go by our feelings, but by what God tells us! He takes us when He wants. We are not to play God.

The Logical Fallacy of numbers says something must be true because it has the highest amount of people. These folks are be 70 percent WRONG.

I know what you mean. I even switched over to IMUS for relief! Even he was saying, why not give Terri a chance to live if her parents want it? But then they started joking around the edges of it & I had to go channel surfing again.

Absolutely not. I don't agree that anyone should wish torture upon Michael Schiavo. People get carried away and wish awful things. You and I may have had equally horrid thoughts about the soldiers that scourged Jesus. If you read my posts, you would see that I said that Michael Schiavo can live a life of comfort and luxury, for all I care. IT DOESN'T MATTER. But Scripture points out that the martyrs cry out in righteous anger for God's justice against those who slaughter the innocent. GOD'S justice, not ours.

People get carried away with their emotions. The root of that anger isn't wrong, however.

It is more "humane" to starve her, it is more "humane"

If it was SO damned "humane", then why don't we execute convicted murderers in the same way?

"WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND? [Michael's conflict of interest?]

We've become a nation of Scribes and Pharisees, keeping the letter of the law, but not the meaning.

Kind of reminds one of a Good Friday many years ago
when another innocent man was torture murdered

And guards kept friends and loved ones away that any would give him a drink of water or try to rescue Him...

At least when our leaders...including Jeb and George allow her to be torture murdered..

She will be with Jesus forever and praying for us...those who let her be murdered..

imo

From Larry King Live Aired October 27, 2003 - 21:00 ET

CALLER: Yes. Does it bother you that the death is so slow? Maybe Dr. Kevorkian-style would be a faster, more peaceful way?

SCHIAVO: Removing somebody's feeding is very painless. It is a very easy way to die. Probably the second better way to die, being the first being an aneurysm.

And it doesn't bother me at all. I've seen it happen. I had to do it with my own parents.

"Michael is an estranged spouse"

WHAT?? If your spouse is "enganged" by his own words with another woman for 8 years and has 2 kids WHILE MARRIED TO YOU, would you just say you're "estranged"?????

Here are the medical facts on what happens to a person who is "medically" starved to death:

"Removal of the G-tube would likely create various effects from the lack of hydration and nutrition, leading ultimately to death. Brophy's mouth would dry out and become caked or coated with thick material. His lips would become parched and cracked. His tongue would swell, and might crack. His eyes would recede back into their orbits and his cheeks would become hollow. The lining of his nose might crack and cause his nose to bleed. His skin would hang loose on his body and become dry and scaly. His urine would become highly concentrated, leading to burning of the bladder. The lining of his stomach would dry out and he would experience dry heaves and vomiting. His body temperature would become very high. His brain cells would dry out, causing convulsions. His respiratory tract would dry out, and the thick secretions that would result could plug his lungs and cause death. At some point within five days to three weeks his major organs, including his lungs, heart, and brain, would give out and he would die. The judge found that death by dehydration is extremely painful and uncomfortable for a human being. The judge could not rule out the possibility that Paul Brophy could experience pain in such a scenario. Paul Brophy's attending physician described death by dehydration as cruel and violent."

Sometimes I take my religion for granted, but lately, I have been relying on it more & more. I pray for Terri & her family, for our nation. God's hand has been on so many events lately. The battle between good & evil seems to be excelerating.

Maybe we need to put Terri's plight on Animal Planet channel, where they arrest people for starving animals all the time.

What is the relationship of Felos, Chairman of the Board of the Hospice where 1) the feeding tube was put in for the convenience of th e Hospice and the Judge who is soooooo intent to murder the witness?

Attorney for Michael Schiavo is George Felos. George Felos was CHAIRMAN of the BOARD of the business behind the Hospice [Hospice of Florida Suncoast, Inc] in 1998 and 1999. Sometime in 2000, he became director, and then George Felos stepped down as Director in 2001.

It has been found that George Felos has contributed to the campaign of Judge Greer -- especially in 2004. Good to grease the skids to get this woman killed.

Then there is a woman who was on the board [Martha Lendeman] who was the sister of a Pinellas County commissioner.

Nice to have ties to Government, especially if you want to kill people. Just look at what Al Capone had on his payroll back in Chicago. Those government officials come in so handy!!!!

RICO is grounds for President Bush to go in with US Marshalls and preserve the life of Terri while the RICO investigation proceeds.

The powers of RICO are broad, and no state or federal judge can interfere with that [at least not in a major way].

RICO was an answer to dealing with corruption in government via what the Mafia had done.

As angry as I, too, am it would only be aiding Satan and his horde of demons for us (Christians) to have that type of hatred.

It is the same hatred they have for Terri.

I do not think in your heart of hearts you wish to be counted amoung their ilk.

Pray for those that would harm her because repentence is the STRONGEST way for the person to see the harm he/she has done. And that revelation would be directly from God to them, with not one thing between them to hide them from the Truth of what they did.

Yes, I consider them vile, evil, and dirty cretins. But I truly don't want to give Satan any more ammo (I give him enough without that type of hatred) than I do just by living as a struggling human.

Sorry to ramble.
