The good news . . . such as it is . . . there was one dissenting judge. Tuesday evening a legal commentator said the only prospect for SCOTUS review would be if there was a dissenting opinion. But, even then, he said, SCOTUS was still a long, slender thread of a shot.

If I were her parents I would have hired a SEAL team to go in and kidnap her and take her out of state to another hospital. I wouldn't have depended on the black robed creatures that infest our "justice" system.
