If there's a silver lining in all of this, The Whitehouse email server is overloaded, as is myflorida.com., Jeb Bush's contact.

This is no average subject!

On the negative side, several call in people on talk shows
don't believe all this, saying it's just TOO incredible!

Somebody needs to get to Gibbs and tell him to amend his f'ing complaint - NOW. If the idiot had just plead that Terri is not PVS and does not want to die from dehydration in this circumstance whether PVS or not, Whittmore would have been forced to grant the injunction, and would have been quickly reversed if he had not. Instead Gibbs just bitched about Greer and posed flacky constitutional theories, and Whittmore was forced to blow Gibbs out, because none of that was going to fly on its face. Now probably the 11th circuit is struggling to decidee whether to take the extraordinary step, given the extraordinary circumstances, of cleaning up Gibb's mess for him.

This is something I found in Wolfson's report:

"There are instances where she appears to respond specifically to her mother. But these are not repetitive or consistent. There were instances during the GAL's visits when responses seemed possible, but they were not consistent in any way."

- A Report to Governor Jeb Bush in the Matter of Theresa Marie Schiavo
1 December 2003
page 33

http://www.miami.edu/ethics2/schiavo/wolfson%27s%20report.pdf

Apparently they are going to kill her because she can't consistently respond.

My prayers for Terri; her family; all those who know and love her. . .and for all of us; should this Court decision stand.

Her mother pleads to be allowed to put an ice chip on her
dying daughters lips...

And the government thugs deny her...

America is lost

Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

A nation is composed of millions of individuals, just as the body is composed of cells. When enough cells get sick, the body feels pain, malfunctions and may die. When enough people disregard the Ten Commandments, a nation becomes sick -- ridden with adultery, divorce, crime, violence, corruption and evil of every kind.

History and the rise and fall of nations illustrate the truth of Solomon’s statement. Righteousness is the foundation of a healthy, wealthy and happy society. Without it, everything else crumbles and falls into ruin. What national leader has the courage to make righteousness and sound character development the top educational priority in schools?

Where is a leader who leads by example...

When a dying woman is in need of a drink of water...ours goes and hides in the White House..

From a Democrat...this I would expect...but not from a Christian man..

Re: the comments on Gibb's lawyering being determinate in Whittemore's handling of the case and now the 11th Circuit - all for the bad for Terri...

There are other briefs filed in the case by interested parties. They emphasize the de novo...at least one did that I read. And there is the text of the law itself that was passed recently.
Maybe I'm wrong, but the case is what it is, Gibb's or no Gibb's. Don't know what this court will do, but if they otherwise would have favored Terri if Gibbs had been better, but instead they show their disdain for Gibbs by killing Terri? She didn't write the brief for cryin' out loud...

Angel of God, my guardian dear, to who God's love
commits me here,
ever this day be at my side
to light,
to guard, to rule and guide.
Amen

See

Would you buy a policy from Michael Schiavo? There is a listing with the Florida Secretary of State listing Michael Schiavo as a "director" of an insurnace agency (yes, that's how it is spelled on the official listing)
The "insurnace" agency is "Jergers- Centonze Insurnace Agency, Inc."

Michael's girlfriend's name is Jodi Centonze.

Michael is listed as a director.

Did a Philadelphia company buy the "Jerger-Centonze Ins. Agency"? see attachment
Attachments Schiavo Insurance company?

I have a question only because I don't know the answer and someone on another forum asked me. On the doctors opiions is the line pretty clearly drawn regarding her condition between the doctors the parents hired and all the other doctors?

Here are the medical facts on what happens to a person who is "medically" starved to death:
"Removal of the G-tube would likely create various effects from the lack of hydration and nutrition, leading ultimately to death. Brophy's mouth would dry out and become caked or coated with thick material. His lips would become parched and cracked. His tongue would swell, and might crack. His eyes would recede back into their orbits and his cheeks would become hollow. The lining of his nose might crack and cause his nose to bleed. His skin would hang loose on his body and become dry and scaly. His urine would become highly concentrated, leading to burning of the bladder. The lining of his stomach would dry out and he would experience dry heaves and vomiting. His body temperature would become very high. His brain cells would dry out, causing convulsions. His respiratory tract would dry out, and the thick secretions that would result could plug his lungs and cause death. At some point within five days to three weeks his major organs, including his lungs, heart, and brain, would give out and he would die. The judge found that death by dehydration is extremely painful and uncomfortable for a human being. The judge could not rule out the possibility that Paul Brophy could experience pain in such a scenario. Paul Brophy's attending physician described death by dehydration as cruel and violent."

Thumbs up to whichever Freeper chose the word "dehydration"! When you consider how dreadful it is to be thirsty for even an hour, imagining actual dehydration becomes unbearable. O God, hear the prayers of all these Freepers. Please intervene and save Terri Schiavo.

Lawyer: Schiavo Ruling Expected Soon

"The appeals court didn't indicate when it might rule, but George Felos, the attorney for Terri's husband, Michael Schiavo, told the Associated Press that he expected a decision before daybreak Wednesday."

and

"The Justice Department also filed a court statement, saying an injunction was "plainly warranted" to carry out the wishes of Congress to provide federal court jurisdiction over the case. Unless the feeding tube is reinserted, the department said, Schiavo may die before the courts can resolve her family's claims. "No comparable harm will be caused" by letting Schiavo live while the case is reviewed, the filing said. "

I pray that the judges will consider the gravity of facing God with the suffering and death of an innocent human being on their hands.

Watching the nurse that observed the Shiavo situation firsthand, and her testimony on HANNITY & COLMES last night, really drove home the fact that Terri has NOT been served by our legal system.

Prayers.
