Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I think Jeb said the DCF is going before Greer to take protective custody, based on the new findings from Cheshire (?), reputed neurologist's finding w/Mayo Clinic.

Of course not. She's supposed to be PVS, and therefore, to many people she is just trash with no rights.
Yes. There is some hope here. Jeb may just be waiting for other procedures to happen first. Yes... there IS hope here. Not at all what I expected might happen with Jeb.

Section 4.15 says DCFcould take protective custody.
Gov. Bush ... new development in case. DCF has put motion to intervene ... Mayo Clinic neurologist says Terri is misdiagnosed, not PVS, but minimal. Gov. said err on side of life. Does Gov. have authority to take custody? Under Section 415 .. emergency protective services, DCF could take protective custody of Mrs. Schiavo. Sean Hannity feels the tube will be reinserted by the end of the day ...

No-you didn't make a typo, I'm just not from Florida, and didn't understand what the initials stood for.
They better get to her fast. There's no telling what could be done to her in the meantime, unless the police guards have specific orders to keep everyone away from her.
