Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Well that's it then...if George is wussing out then it's even money that Jeb will too!
Absolutely SICK!!!!!
Really!!!!!! WOW!!!!!
Have they started voting yet?
Saunders in opposition. It's running three or four opposed to each one for the bill. Of course these are the ones who signed up to debate and possibly not indicative of the entire body.
Let's just hope they are being ridiculously premature.
Re: FLA Senate Debate: Terry doesnt even KNOW Senator Klein. So who really gives a sh*t what the Senator and his wife have lined up in the case they are in a situation like that. Not germane.
Our hearts break with longing for your ordinaces and judgments this day, O God!
You direct the hearts of rulers like a watercourse: Direct Jeb and George Bush to intervening on Terri's behalf. Direct the House and Senate to move legislation that will help Terri swiftly.
We wait on You: renew our strength as You have promised.
We confess that America has not earned Your blessing, we have not sought Your face, we have not kept Your Word or lived by Your Way, but we ask on behalf of Your mercy and in the Name of Your Son. Forgive us.
Through Jesus Our Messiah.
Fox News just announced they will carry Gov. Bush's press conference live, once it starts.
Thanks to all for the update on the Fl Senate. Dial-up doesn't play well with streaming live coverage.
No, still yammering.
Over another thread...
It quoted POTUS as saying they were looking at executive options or some such....I'll try to find it
you mean the psuedo-senators.
Hell no! They are still bloviating about this bill.
Like in.. give me Barrabas
Both Jeb and his brother will say they have done everything they can do for Terri.
Last week, Terri's parents flew to Tallahassee to visit Jeb (at Jeb's request). Jeb gave the family the cold shoulder. He indicated that there was nothing he could do for Terri. He's simply going through the motions by saying that he wants to see this bill pass. He's covering himself. It's a cowardly way out.

Senator on now: "All of us will ultimately die....we need to let people who are in this condition die."
This is what many are doing in the government, both federal and state, they are squirming for the middle ground on this and there isn't any middle ground.
"Like in.. give me Barrabas"
Exactly
The devil's child.
He is evil to the core.
