Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
We have come to the point of arresting a 10 year old child who was trying to give water to a woman who is being dehydrated to death.
Praying that the Light of God enters Sen. King's heart at this very moment.

We need the power of the Holy Spirit to come upon the people that are making decisions today concerning the life of your child and our sister Theresa Schindler Schiavo and make convict them to err on the side of life and not murder. Please hear our cries my Lord...for only YOU can set Terri free from the grip of Satan that is trying to grab hold of her and kill her."

Judge will depend on evidence. If there is a conflict, the judge will (except in Greer's case) rely on evidence. Anything less than direct evidence and the judge should err on the side of life.

Given that Terri and her parents are clearly children of God, which do you think Terri would prefer:
I tend to think of God as a person playing solitaire. Such a person could physically put a black Five on a red Nine, but in so doing the person would cease to be playing solitaire. God gave mankind free will, and set up certain rules about how he would run the world. For him to be willing to break those rules even once would be for him to deny free will for everyone. Under God's rules, I don't know if he can force outcome -3-, or if he'll have to content himself with outcome -2-.
But I do know this: either Terri will be alive in three months' time, or those who now seek her death will wish she were.

Campbell: they put the amendment together in about 10 minutes. The bill as it exists is "constitutionally defective" but he thought they could fix it on the floor.
