Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
I feel like we are at the water's edge, and behind fast approaching are some very hostile egyptians. My prayer has been from the beginnning and still is, " Lord please part these waters"

Juan,
Please forward this message from me to your contacts:
Effort to Remove Sustenance & Hydration
The current and tragic failure of Florida's Senate to pass potentially life-saving legislation for Terri Schiavo, and others similarly situated, must be rectified, hopefully in time to be of benefit to Terri.
Senators Webster and Wise have legislation pending that is intended to address this most pressing issue. However, the passage of such legislation requires the cooperation of certain Republican Senators who are currently not supporting this effort.
I urge all Republicans in Florida to contact the Florida Republican Party and advise them that starting immediately, any and all of their financial contributions to the Republican Party will be discontinued until all Republicans in the Florida Senate support the relevant efforts of Senators Daniel Webster and Stephen Wise.
I encourage all Republicans to fully support any candidate opposing Senator Jim King and the other Senators who are blocking efforts to enact legislation sponsored by the above referenced Senators Webster & Wise.

There's still a possibility that the Florida Senate may pass their bill today at 1:00 p.m. Last I heard they need only ONE more senator to change his or her mind to vote for Terri's Law. Here's the list of contact info for the Florida Senators:

I already have the phone numbers, but I don't see the email addresses. My comp is hooked up to my phone lines. So in order to phone anyone, I first have to shut down. And I can't do that now!
Can you please also include the email addresses of the 9 Sens, if you have 'em??? Thanks! |

I left my name the second time. First time said about her being held in Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. for 5 years. She's not terminal and that she is on Medicaid. Second time to give my name and say Hospice is violating Americans with Disabilities Act in which expressly prohibits denying a substantially disabled patient in the United States of America nor permitting the authorization of any representative or Guardian of an individual with a disability to decline food, water, medical treatment, or medical services for that individual There was a different person the second time.. said he would relay it to the Senator but that he had to go.. basically cut me off so I couldn't read the Section numbers of the Code itself. I don't think that any of the judges, especially Greer, will be impeached.
Well, you would think so, but since when do laws apply to saving people? They are only meant for wildlife. Can't wait to see who pays the taxes once they have "their dreamworld!"

Isn't the Senate voting on SB 2128?
we were never at the bottom
You know you aren't getting enough sleep, when you put the ground and water in the coffee pot, go to let the dogs out, then come back in and find you haven't put the pot on under the drip basket.
Lord, hear our prayer.
We have been trying so hard to work and watch and do your will.
Give us strength and fortitude to hold on to the end,
to be there,
whatever the outcome,
to always stand with you, O Lord.
Be this day with Terri and with her family.
Amen.
Correct. He had all the right points and things to say about the injustice of starving and dehydrating a human being to death.
I MISS JANET RENO, NEVER THOUGHT I'D SAY THAT.

Mercy and Practicality Must Prevain Schiavo Case,
Not Judicial Tyranny
~ Amen and Amen ~
Oh no...I hope you caught it in time! I did that when my children were younger and I was much more sleep-deprived. What a mess to clean up!
Suzanne Shindler was just on Glenn Beck's program. She says that Terri is not holding up as well as she did last time. Taking a toll on her.
Praying that the senators do the right thing.
The nurses showed courage, more so than the police officers of Pinellas Park. If these officers are moral people, they must turn in their badge and their gun rather than stand watch to ensure that no one will bring Terri Schiavo the necessary aid to keep her alive. Any pastor, board of deacons or elders, or bishop of any Christian church who do not excommunicate or otherwise expel any Pinnelas Park LEOs fail in their duties to shepherd their flock and enforce church discipline. The same discipline must be applied to any doctors, nurses, or hospital personnel that are involved in the attempted termination of Terri Schiavo's life, as well as anyone associated with Judge Greer's court.
BTTT!
Hi gmo, sister freeper, so good to see you. I know you're praying...
Just e-mailed all the Florida State Senators. Thanks!
I have just sent the picture of Mary to the senators.
Now, I have a proposal to make.
THESE PEOPLE THINK WE WILL FORGET TERRI.
LET'S PUT TOGETHER A GROUP TO BUY BILLBOARDS IN FLORIDA AND PUT TERRI'S FACE EVERYWHERE!!!
