Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Please keep praying. As Terri said to her friend: "Where there's life, there's hope."

The US Supreme Court refused to hear the case twice. They'll refuse this time also. The courts in America are murdering Terri.

The blame NOW has to go to Delay and Frist for not insisting in their law that the tube be re-inserted pending the new rulings - what were they thinking? They knew who they were sending this to..it's almost as if they wanted it to fail.

The devil wants us to feel and be defeated....we won't be! There has got to be something left, besides the courts...we have to wait and see....I can't believe the Gov and GWB will allow her to die. Maybe now that they see how this is going they will act. I think, in all honesty, the Courts are rebelling against congress.

I just got home from Hospice Woodside. We got the news at 3:35 pm from an AP reporter. It was a very long day. There is a DCF hearing before Greer tomorrow about opening the sealed DCF files. That may be smoke and mirrors and the DCF attorneys are beginners imo.

Alan Keyes has been in Tallahassee and will be there tomorrow as well. There were quite a few people still at hospice at 3:30 pm. We had some lively conversations with a miniscule number of people for Michael who were inebriated or screaming causing the cops to say no talking. I said, well, what to you mean no talking? The cop changed it to not loud talking. Every time they order us around, it's not even something they are allowed to do. NO TALKING?
