More than 6 million illegal-immigrant Mexicans now live in the United States, making up more than half of the nation's nearly 11 million illegal aliens, a new study finds. The report, by the Pew Hispanic Center, found that illegal immigrants have dispersed far more widely than 15 years ago, with nearly 40 percent now living outside of the six states that traditionally have attracted the most immigrants. Arizona is now fifth on the list, vaulting ahead of Illinois and New Jersey and trailing only California, Texas, Florida and New York.

Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid called for renewed action on immigration legislation, including provisions "adjusting the status of the many hard-working, tax-paying immigrants who have resided in the United States for many years."

These illegals have made shopping in Tucson miserable. Everywhere you go, they speak Spanish and are very loud. They dominate in the emergency rooms. It makes me sick to pay my copayment knowing they won't pay a dime.
I'm too lazy to go read the whole article, but the headline begs the question: what nationality or nationalities are the other 5 million?

Just about every country in the world has illegal aliens living in the US. About 50% are from Mexico, then the next largest group comes from Central and South America. From there it's probably Asia then Africa followed by Europe and the Middle East.
BTW, 10 million illegals is about half of what is really here.
