At this time Terri was able to chew and swallow and was learning to use the pararall bars to walk again...as soon as the malpactice law suit was won Michael Schiavo remember his wife wanted to die...so he would move her from one location to another every time they thought she was ready to start rehab again!
Lets try to have the same page to fight the MISLEADING OUT THERE!

34 doctors and nurses attested that Terri can walk?
Imagine, four guardian ad litems, 22 appeals judges, family members who NEVER mentioned that, and all this time she could walk. Well I'll be.
Just like it took the Schindlers 12 years to say that maybe Michael tried to kill Terri, maybe it will take them 12 years to admit she was walking all this time. They just went through these last minute appeals without mentioning that because they like the drama.
Rush is right on the mark today. He seems to be reading Fukuyama and other modern theorists of the State. It is the right stuff.
No, shooting her would be more humane. It would also not fit the convenient fantasy they've allotted themselves that denying basic sustenance is a "natural death".
Substitute "lethal injection" and you'd find public opinions dramtically different. It's interesting how human beings can find ways to justify apathy to murder.
My sister was an LPN at the local hospital, and she couldn't go into a patients room without approval of an RN, or administer pills to a patient without approval of the Dr. and RN.

I've been trying to find a link to that recording. At the video/audio section of the abc news website, there is a link to a Nightline discussion of Terri's case (the column all the way to the right, third link down). I'm wondering if that contains this audio?

It could either be a guility conscience they are dealing with or they must really hate their life. I can not fathom why anyone would have a problem with this woman being allowed to be with her family to be taken care of. To think these souls would rather see her starved to death than to be with her family is just heart breaking. What is it about this woman that they demand her death???? Demanding her death is not going to ease their conscience no matter how hard they try....
If she couldn't swallow in 1993, I don't know that it's impossible she was swallowing a few years later than that, and apparently Wolfson thought it might be possible. He said it was feasible and of value to administer a current swallowing test. But that wasn't done.
It's also interesting that not much is said to disparage the medical testimony that Judge Greer decided was credible. Such as Dr. Ronald Cranford who is on the board of the Euthanasia Society of America and has made some outrageous comments.
Once we Identify our emeny than we can confront them! Do search on Humanist Manifesto or Ethical, Ethical Society etc......Euthanasia, right to die, than add in the names of those you wonder about like Mondale from the 70's, Kerry, Clinton, Felos Michael Schiavo lawyer, the those who are in judgeship are they Humanist or appointed by an Humanist?
The Judeo-Christian are suppose to tolerrant while the Ethical Humanist railroad us!
Ethical/Humanist even support a version of Islam....this movement has infiltraded higher learning, government and the courts etc by the Culture of Death!

Amazing, isn't it? The nervous system has a tendency to reconstitute to a degree after being damaged. That she has decreased function would most likely be due to forced bedriding for a decade. Apparently she used to be able to swallow and now cannot without choking.
Dr. H is a nutjob.
Here's the deal. The doctor got a patent. What he's doing on certain patients - his main ones have things like whiplash is fine according to the other doctors.
The problem comes when he says he can heal all the things he says he can heal with it - like Terri.
He makes claims that are outlandish and says he just can't find his records that prove them. (like he couldn't find the nobel prize nominee letter - turned out he never had one - he was asked to stop claiming to be a nominee but said it was too expensive to re-do all his stationery.)
He's registered as an "alternative medicine" dr, and he works on a cash-basis only.
Ask them if he still advertises his miracle cures in the National Enquirer, or if he stopped yet. I doubt he has stopped unless for the Schindlers' sake.

I heard that Dr. Hammesfhar(or whatever), say this on Hannity's show yesterday. Odd, how I didn't see it in his testimony, in the court docs.
Please don't tell me you find Michael Schiavo more believable than the Schindler family?
How could you---his and his lawyer's smugness and smarmyness is palpable---
Like I said yesterday, I get the impression that they can't wait until Terri dies so they can take a victory lap around her grave---

I know, I know. It's been really disheartening to me to read all of this stuff. I am adamantly opposed to Mrs. Schiavo's being starved, but I am afraid claims such as these do not help persuade others.
