Would the original X-rays, that showed multiple broken bones, be considered enough evidence? Those X-rays didn't come to light until the statute of limitations (4 years, I read) had run out. Can they now be admitted into evidence?

The only hearsay allowed is that which says it was Terri's wish to starve to death, recalled shortly after Michael won the malpractice lawsuit.
