Just heard on Fox....so sad.
Well said.
none of the "affidavit" links seem to be working, at least the several I clicked on didn't.
And appeared before George Greer, Director of Hospice of the Suncoast.
Actually, what's going on here is even worse than salvery.
And only you do?
That's "slavery."
Ah, yes, she could be given lots of ways to stay alive.
But MICHEAL (and, more importantly - the MSM and democratic (pro-abortion) parties) want her dead.
So they (the nurses in the hospice) are doing nothing.
Go ahead Dave. Kill you wife. Just move to Fla first.
Excellent.
Yep.
More "facts" than the MSM and pro-abortion forces want released.
They willfully ignore the facts of this case.
There are a significant amount right here, in river city, gleefully rubbing their hands.
I thought I recalled that the Florida judge situation was something like that -- it came up after the 2000 election. And since there's no opponent, there's probably no campaign of any sort against a given judge -- just to refresh memories, so to speak?
Our Founders had a good answer for men like these.
Had to do with tar, feathers, and a rail.
I would concur - the legally sanctioned death of an innocent is certainly far worse morally, but it is not the same as slavery.
how about insurnance companies that would essentially mandate euthenasia.
What Michael Schiavo has done is certainly immoral, but there is no present evidence that it is illegal.
^^^^^^
You are correct, it is not illegal if you recognize bigamy.
Consider a hypothetical situation where a husband is preventing one of his wives from getting a abortion, say, or something else favored by the left, how would the courts would rule? I believe they would conveniently find that he had no legal standing.
This idea that she cannot have independent representation in court means that she is not considered to have independent human rights. She is being treated as property.
Terri's only had one trial, over which presided Judge Greer. The appeals that have taken place have ruled on his finding of fact and procedure only.
The bill that Congress passed instructed that the federal judge hold a trial de novo, which according to answers.com is defined as the following -
"A trial in a higher court in which all the issues of fact or law tried in a lower court or tribunal are reconsidered as if no previous trial had taken place."
And apparently this federal judge disregarded the bill and ruled on the existing trial info anyway. Just like all the rest.
CERTAIN Judges are removed from office by checking the box.
Other Judges are removed from office by VOTING FOR THEIR OPPONENT.
Greer was re-elected.
The Florida Supreme Court Justices were voted to be KEPT IN OFFICE.
Can't Pres. Bush override this judge?
