"Terrie's wishes" according to the 'husband' who wants her dead and backup lies of HIS relatives several years later. Yep, real respect of the constitution shown here.(/s)

Clintonista judge - I am not surprised.
Even a stopped clock is right twice per day.

Me too!! Since two days, this case is shaking Germany. We are glad that the feeding tube could never be taken away here. Prayers up for Terri Schiavo, a human LIVING!

Is this is final decision or an interim one while he "ponders" his decision?Just reported that this is a response to an emergency request by the family and not a ruling on the main case. But it doesn't bode well.

The Judge will decide on that later. Then he'd better know how to bring someone back from the dead.

What if her husband is lying?
Then the other people who testified about her wishes were lying too. It wasn't just the word of her husband that convinced the FL courts.

Gad, Whittemore even looks like Bubba.Thought the same thing yesterday.

The Supremes refused to review the state court work. This is now in federal court. The ballgame is different.

She had no living will. Only the word of her adulterous husband, remembered 7 years after the fact, and after he won the money to support her.

If she dies, I hope the Feds think about bringing civil rights charges, at the very least, against Schiavo if it can be proved the lied at any time during this travesty. Agree with this 100%.

It would have been unconstitutional for him to rule otherwise. And this ruling respects Terri's wishes. Good call, judge. Hey! We'll have none of that "Following the Law" and "Respecting the Constitution" around here! Remember, we don't like activist judges around here only if they don't rule OUR way. In this case, who cares about the law? </sarc>
As was said previously, Mrs. Schiavo is a Sainte, and what she would want doesn't matter--all that matters is keeping her body alive!

Ah, very good comparison. very true too, sad but true. For liberals the law or their interpretation is their religion.
