Just heard on Fox....so sad.
I suggest you read the Federalist Papers.
Its Michael who has caused this he is the evil one.
I agree! I highly doubt Terri sat down and said to Micheal..."you know If im ever sick, and on a feeding tube and the country if fighting to save me, please, please, kill me"
Terri Schiavo is being murdered by the American "justice" system.
Had she been an owl or a redwood tree, she would have had more protection.
My view of the facts are that Terri is 'dead' and the only thing that keeps her 'alive' *in appearance* is the most primative elements of her brain regulating autonomic systems.
To hear those on her parent's side talk you'd think she's ready to leap from the bed if only they got her a little therapy. I'm not aware of any court-appointed physician who has determined anything of the kind.
No she is being murdered by Michael.
They chose gas!
Terri to Michael: If I'm ever in a position where I cannot feed myself, please, please, starve me to death. Oh, and by the way, crap all over my parents, my sister and my brother while you're at it.
He claims to be a devout catholic!
Then Again so does Kerry
and Pelosi
and Kennedy.
Micheal should be Excommunicated.
THOU SHALT NOT KILL
THOU SHALT NOT COMMIT ADULTRY
THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS
Three strikes and uurrrrr out!
Imus has Rather;s replacement on now, Bob Schieffer. He is just as much of a liar as Rather--only smoother, ie more deceitful. He slandered Frist by "reporting" that Frist only looked at a home video and second guessed the doctors on the scene. He went on and on to falsely get that idea in front of Imus' audience. Schieffer uses more "Aw shucks" and "I don't know, but..." to deceive, but he is just a punk. I would bet a million dollars that Schieffer KNOWS that the story is that Frist talked to a neurologist who examined Terri and HE said that HE, the examining neurologist, said that with proper therapy , he felt that Terri could substantially improve.
Knowing all this, Schieffer intentionally tries to slime the GOP and Frist in particular. This is the way that MSM bias works--a thousand cuts every day. I see it all the time with the politicians and media types {loosely called "reporters"].
Very well said. There have been several instances the last few days that I have been tempted to post, but what would be the point? It is not always that important to me for others to know my opinion.
True, they haven't established that at all. DEATH is hardly irreparable. < /rolling eyes >
You nailed Schieffer. They are all alike. Only the manner of presentation differs.
Who knows? Maybe she did.
All I'm saying is that in light of the absence of a living will and the amount and variety of conflicting testimony, and the bloody judicial malfeasance involved, another hearing needs to be held, adjudicated by someone ethical, willing and able to see to it that if she is killed, that it's only after she gets the same due process accused serial killers get.
You are as transparent as glass.
He's obviously not neglected her
%%%%%
His orders to staff to NOT allow her any therapy or stimulation is neglect.
She has existed for three years in this hospice where the staff orientation is to comfort patients in their final days of a dying process. All their protocols and procedures are set up for this event. Medicaid has strict rules about a six month maximum stay yet she has been there for three years.
I completely support the Hospice principle, but Terri did not belong there. She is disabled, and until she has been kept without nutrition, she was living a stable, even if minimal existence. She was not dying. I believe that if her cognition allowed her to feel suffering, she would not have lasted 15 years. The fact that she has lived is indication to me that she was comfortable in her new state of existence.
