What has Gibbs done wrong? I'm honestly curious since I haven't really followed his legal motions, just the facts of the case.

I was just on the 11th Circuit website... docs not available, but this was in the list of court filings:
Judgment of the district court is Vacated and Remanded with instructions; Application for COA Granted In Part & Denied As Moot In Part; Motion for Injunction Denied Without Prejudice; Mandate issued immediately. (EEC/FMH/CRW)

I think that Whittemore's decision is reversed, and he may be ordered to grant the injunction...... not sure, though

Make sure you catch Hannity and Colmes. One of Schiavos neuro guys was on. Hannity nailed him. He got the guy to admit to an article he previously wrote claiming PVS patients have NO constitutional rights. Of course, 40% of PVS diagnoses are wrong so the guy looks like a nutter.

Then Hannity asks him how long he studied Terri. Answer: 45 minutes.

Next up, Hannity shows him waving a red balloon around and Terri following it with her eyes while this Doc, Sandler I think, says "Thats great Terri."

Hannity says when was the last time Terri had a CT scan. Answer 1996.

Hannity says his bro in law is a radiologist and that PET and MRI are indicated if you want to be 1000% sure before you kill somebody. The Doc just kinda shrugs.

Judge Greer should be impeached.

I don't think Gibbs did anything wrong, he was acting according to the new bill, which is for de novo review but nitWhittemore did not even consider the bill correctly...he seems to have ignored it.

I'm here. I'm surprised I missed this thread, I've been posting on most them. I feel very strongly about this and can't imagine how Terri's parents must feel. I wish Mikey would wise up and relinquish his control of Terri to her parents. If he let's that woman die, it will follow him around for the rest of his life. 20 years from now, he'll be out getting his tires changed and someone will ask him, "hey, aren't you the jerk that let your wife starve to death?"

The president can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so. The judge can still take time to ruminate over this case. This action would not interfere with the judge. And since Greer already flaunted a Congressional subpoena his ruling is highly questionable.

Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.

Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.
