Tell him you would appreciate his writing an executive order immediately to get Terri into a hospital. The judge can take his time ruminating over a decision in the meantime. Tell him you expect the executive and legislative branches to reign in this judiciary in a hurry!

That would be on the attempted strangulation from the night she collapsed...however, they said that bone scans years later showed some alarming fractures etc...and that is supsicious...that is what I would try and have investigated...remember Schiavo had records sealed and wouldn't let the parents see them...which is why they need to get rid of MS as guardian. If they are guardian they will get access to all of it.

I don't believe what anyone says any more. I would love to know what was really said in the hearing today. So far, we've been told the judge more or less dismissed Gibbs. And said some absurd statement about Terri lasting 6 days last time. If all that's true, then I have to conclude that the opinion will go against Terri and DeLay et al were either naive or stupid.

I haven't read the whole thread so I imagine that this has been said many times before. It is clear that this judge is merely attempting to waste as much time as possible before rejecting a resumption of feeding. Is this man going to be permitted to run out the clock on Terri or what will be the next attempt at intervention?

What about the two previous, and one ongoing murder attempt? If Michael's accomplices aren't allowed to destroy the evidence he's going to be in big trouble unless he turns state's evidence before Terri is murdered [hint hint Michael: Here's your one chance to save yourself].

Whoops, Terri, sorry we were WRONG and you could have LIVED! The same people who have been telling us that there has NEVER BEEN a person in a PVS to have survived were just proved wrong AGAIN. There was a lady on Hannity & Colmes who was diagnosed in a PVS and she is ALIVE AND TALKING! She could HEAR EVERYTHING people were saying ABOUT HER and just wanted to SCREAM I AM ALIVE, PLEASE FEED ME!

If it can be proven that Michael knew or could not reasonably not have known that Terri wasn't PVS, the state sanction wouldn't matter.
