I swear I heard Tom DeLay say as soon as the federal judge got the new law, the judge would order the tube be restored.
I don't believe what anyone says any more. I would love to know what was really said in the hearing today. So far, we've been told the judge more or less dismissed Gibbs. And said some absurd statement about Terri lasting 6 days last time. If all that's true, then I have to conclude that the opinion will go against Terri and DeLay et al were either naive or stupid.
And it makes me mad!
We are all mad...but remember that in court it wasn't just our side presenting an injunction, their evil side at the same time filed motions on the devil's behalf against us.
