You betcha. Remember MRS said that it was "easy" to dehydrate and starve his own parents. Well, it is surely easy for this judge to let Terri continue to be tortured and die. All day we have learned that the Sunday night law is being ignored by the power-mad judiciary.

This also shows that Tom DeLay has no idea of the evil of his adversaries. Though he has been called
"The Hammer" by the enemy, he is at best a softball player. The law has been shown to be more worthless than was the 2003 version that worked only for 15 months. This one hasn't worked for even 15 minutes.

These judges are stringing everybody along while Terri lies dying.

Lazzara gave the attorneys 10 days to prepare arguments ON THE ISSUES
back in 2003, then told everybody to get lost without ruling on any of the issues. Said he didn't have "jurisdiction."

Ten days stringing her lawyers and family along, they prepare a lengthy and brilliant filing detailing numerous violations of her federal civil rights, and then he says "Get lost".

THESE JUDGES COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT TERRI SCHIAVO, in my opinion.
