I doubt they'll get the tube in before tommorrow morning.
The Court they will use is open 24/7 - just waiting to receive the order.
The guy on CNN (I don't normally watch it - just checking channels) said that the Fed judge may kick it up to Atlanta, so the tube may not be put back in until Monday sometime. Doc on the same channel who felt it was an 'urgency' but not an 'emergency' said it needed to be done in the OR and most ORs open at 6 am, so she could have it done after that. I have a hard time believing they'd wait for 'normal' OR hours. I think most hospitals have on-call staff in the OR to handle emergencies during off hours.
