Per Fox News...
"That infection reminds me very, very, very much......"
Is there still talk of an infection? I read that (on this thread, I think) Sherri someone from the hospice stated on her blog that Terri was fine.
There is no doubt in my mind that recent events make infection a strong possibility to hasten 'the process'.
Not if your next door neighbor doesn't agree.
No. And your question embodies a truism. The same truism that is my point. My point was that the SCOTUS refusal to hear the case had no bearing on the factual testimony, i.e., its decision was based purely on the presence or absence of errors of law, assuming all the facts before the trial court were properly found.
That is Applellate Law 101, as you know.
Kate BTTT!!!
That is an untruth; decisions about removing feeding tubes are made every day in this country without living wills.
This is a "problem" because some people have decided to make it one.
Man, you should see his house that he lives in...beautiful landscaping - looks like he spends a lot of money FEEDING and WATERING it!
And...your point is?
Amen to that.
I suspect the Democrats will redouble their drive to bring down DeLay now. He's shown why they hate him - strong commitment to principle, and conservative social values.
"Properly found," he? That sounds very, very close to "let's stand."
Does the USSC let stand laws and/or actions that they believe are illegal or unlawful and not grounded in sound law?
Right, you're living will don't mean squat after today. Chalk one more Federal Government victory to strip away your personal freedoms.
He started dating in 1991?
BS; my house is bigger than that. That's not a mansion by any means.
He didn't return any of the monies for her rehab, did he?
Where are you getting the info on feeding tubes being removed everyday without living wills?
What you don't seem to understand is that the living will would have ended this. Instead of a living will we have a you-know-what-she-told-me-once will.
You better hope they don't "look into it further." If they do, remember I warned you about the law of unintended consequences.
Read the transcript stuff on the internet. Learned that MS was the first one to suggest she had bulimia. He found people who of course agreed that her symptoms COULD be related to bulimia although no one ever came forward to say they ever saw her throw up. Sad story about doctor misdiagnosis leading to patient's sad condition. Jury gives money to unfortunate patient. Michael is grateful, says he wants to be a nurse so he can tend to his beloved wife who he will spend the rest of his life with.
Now, on to OJ's jury and the evidence they used to find him not guilty...
Need a wife?
