Per Fox News...
And again you show how over emotional you are about this.
This is NOT about children ceasing to be a part of your heart and soul.
This is a legal matter.
Um the report I saw the malpractice suit money... Michael got 300,000 and Terri had 750,000 put in trust, ie Michael can't touch it, for medical care.
no, i understand entirely. i am just saying that his conflicts are ENORMOUS, and mitigate entirely in favor of discrediting anything he has to say about her fate. the conflicts, and the willingness of her family to take over her care are what make this completely outrageous to so many.
All one has to do is cut of air supply to the wind pipe .. that does not take much effort to do and with her low potassium and lack of oxygen .. that could cause her to have a heart attack
I'm not saying that MS intended to kill her that night
But it is possible that he did get into a heated argument with her and one thing lead to another
There are some that are on record stating they did have a troubled marriage and that MS often got angry at his wife for such things as spending money
As for her family waiting 12 years .. I believe there have been questions for many many years with regard to this
But they officially filed a court request for an investigation .. which was denied by Judge Geer
And yet, according to court papers, Michael formally offered to divest himself entirely of his financial interests in the guardianship estate. Why didn't the Schindlers take him up on the offer? Why did they wait 12 years to make their charges about strangulation?
Those doctors quoted in the article read reports but didn't actually SEE or treat Terri, unlike the doctors who testified in court.
According to that hospital's doctor report, Terri was starving herself to lose weight, and they concluded the cardiac arrest and subsequent lack of oxygen which caused brain damage, was all caused by a low potassium level (in her case: 2.0) in her body.
I don't see him having the right to not allow her family to see her. That is just not right. He is only her legal guardian; he does not own her. Michael is obviously a very evil person.
LOL.
Those pesky facts.
I have to start dinner. That kitchen duty :-)
And neither is being medically unable to take food or water.
There's something wrong with that article (aside from the font size). I posted a timeline above. All of Terri's guardian ad litems have been consistent. I'll have to try and read it later. Must get dinner.
Why should Michael divorce her? He feels he is doing what she would have wanted.
You know, not for nothing, but if I ever bumped into my 'paisan' Mike Schiavo, that 'I'll get a razor cut for my big night on Larry King' guy, I'd love to 'take him to school,' if you know what I mean.
"Did you nkow that he changed careers to help her? Did you know that nurses and doctors testified under OATH that his care was so meticulous (HIS CARE) that she NEVER had a bedsore and that he nagged them constantly for better care for her?
Did you know that he took her to California and various treatment rehab facilities to try EVERYTHING that was recommended?
There is NO treatment that has ever been recommended for her by legitimate doctors that hasn't been done.
And don't mention the MRI. He even had electrodes imlanted in her brain in the hopes of stimulating brain activity and as such, she is now ineligible for an MRI."
have copied your post in its entirety because i have not seen this information. can you source each paragraph for me and many others who might have missed these things.
Also, i would like to know, if during all that time (was this during the first several years, leading up to the settlement, and then the decision to abandon futher rehabilitative efforts) he indicated that she would not wish to continue?
and, we know that he has given up hope for her recovery, but how do we know what she wants?
do we have anything other than his statements? did i miss that too. please link and post.
you tell us that he was a loving husband and care-giver in the beginning of this tragedy, and that is important, but how do we know that he has not become something far different now?
i am not argueing with you, and if it seems that i am, please be assured that i am looking to you for affirmation of the very important points that you have made.
I think the "fiance" thing is going to go down in history. Out of all of this, it has given me a grim chuckle or two. The way people use language to justify all kinds of perfidy...
I think you do a disservice to your cause by accusing Michael of murder. Terri is in the condition that Terri is in because Terri had an eating disorder.
Four board certified neurologists, two board certified internists, one neuro-psychologist, and two speech pathologists have testified in person or by affidavit that Terri is not PVS.

*Pearse confirmed the charge by the Schindlers that once the medical malpractice money was in the bank, Schiavo began to refuse medical treatment for Terri, writing:
After February 1993, Mr. Schiavo's attitude concerning treatment for the ward apparently changed. Early in 1994, for example, he refused to consent to treat an infection from which the ward was then suffering and ordered that she not be resuscitated in the event of cardiac arrest. The nursing home where she resided at that time sought to intervene, which ultimately led the ward's husband to reverse his decision and authorize antibiotic treatment.
Perhaps because of the intervention by the home, Schiavo soon moved Terri to a different nursing facility.
*Schiavo admitted to the guardian ad litem that he had at least "two romantic involvements" after Terri's collapse. "It is apparent to me," Pearse wrote the court, "that he has reached a point that he has no hope of the ward's recovery and wants to get on with his own life." (To say the least. At the timeof Pearse's investigation, Schiavo was already living with the woman who would become the mother of his children.)

That "troll" has been here twice as long as you.
Not everyone we disagree with on an issue is a "troll".
Terri is alive. She's being starved and dehydrated. Something that would be illegal if done to a dog.
Damn right it's emotional. With no other facts except these, it's barbaric and cruel.
I don't even care about her spouse....about what he's done or didn't do. I do care that he would condone this treatment of Terri. It's inhumane.
