It doesn't sound like something a person would do if he had ANY heart or concern about someone's PAIN. Schiavo acts like a man that has but one interest in all of thi$, but not how much pain he causes the Family and Terri. God would not kill Terri, nor would he punish her Family in this manner, but the will of this man has.

The first peep of this charge was in 2002 when the fight really began. That in itself speaks volumes to the outrageous accusation.
There are several opinions from credible physicians that say she is not in a PVS. Why take a chance when no one knows for sure? Death can't be reversed if they goofed. A convicted killer has been given more rights than Terri and her family. I find this sickening. If this was a protected species of critters Michael would be doing time for trying to kill them by withholding nutrition.

Greer is the guardian ad litem. It is the duty of a GAL to acquaint himself with all details of the case. He has never been to see Terri.
Wrong. He has two kids by the adulterous relationship. As long as he's married to Terri and Terri remains alive, those kids are illegitimate. They can't take his name automatically. So this fact calls into question his fitness as a guardian for Terri - because it puts his interests and his children's interests at potential conflict with Terri's interests. Who can serve as a guardian is a PUBLIC, LEGAL issue, by definition, because guardianship is created by law. so it IS, by definition, "our" business. In a democracy, legal issues, public issues, are "our" business. If the courts are going to start appointing guardians who have clear conflicts of interest, that's a major public policy issue that concerns everybody in a democracy.

Neets- if you have lost a child then you know it is like taking the air you breath away. No matter how you feel about this case, judging the parent's behavior as their child lying dying and alone is heartless and stupid and it pisses me right off.
You want to disagree with me on the merits of this case? Fine.
But STHU to everyone about the parent's behavior. Their child is dying and alone. I would want to take the building down to get to my child.
