More high profile conservatives are possibly coming down to Terri's Hospice. At this point, I'm on the phone practicing saying "I will be wearing a red rose." I heard Boortz out, since he's the only pro-death guy I respect. This seemed to be his strongest argument of the day:

Did they hear witness testimony? Did they see disputed videos? Did they see the witnesses banned from Greer's court room? Did they check out the fractured bone evidence? Or did they bow and scrape to Greer because he's blind?

Who was it that caught this in the LKL transcript and reposted it to its own thread -- was that you supercat? or FLe? Good work -- it was on World Net Daily 8 pm yesterday.
Prayers for the judge who will be hearing Terri's case at 3 pm, appointed in 1999 by then-pres Bill Clinton. God, give him a wisdom and perception beyond his own, and an understanding of Your Holiness over all, regardless of anything he has believed before this time.
I understand, cyn, that there is a possibility that the contradiction may, in fact, be a transcription error. A couple of FReepers believe that to be the case.
I do not know if CNN has withdraw/retracted/amended the transcript. I do not know if it's a transcription error. In any event, I thought you'd want to know that that is being discussed. The Empire Journal's position, rightly so, is until/unless CNN makes any change, it will assume the transcript is correct. The Empire Journal has a story concerning this transcript at their website.

I do. I just listened to my own videotape of this interview from the other night (3/18, Fri). I can confirm that this is clearly what he says. There is no doubt, each word is clearly spoken.
Funny how people are thinking this just has to be a transcription error. Heaven forbid Michael should have said accidently told the truth here.
The Empire Journal is correct in taking this as the correct wording.
Meanwhile, on FoxNews just now Shepard Smith and his guest (a Dr. Garner?) almost stumbled near the area of the truth, but pulled back at the last minute. Garner said, "She might be retrained to swallow with therapy. But she hasn't had any therapy in years. The family wouldn't allow it, don't know why. . ."
but hey, it was the end of the segment, so no followup on how or why Michael has not allowed that therapy.

I know, for a fact. I have confirmed it myself from my own videotape of 3/18 LKL.
There is no doubt this is exactly what he says. It is not slurred, mumbled, or technically unclear. The ellipse is interesting; Michael seems to catch himself. Don't know if felos, next to him, is hissing something at him.
Too bad Nancy Grace wasn't there.
I'm sure WND checked this out themselves, anyway.
Thanks for confirming; I had no doubt that Michael would be lying; just wanted to pass on information I'd seen posted on several threads. : )
