Just heard on Fox that U.S. Senate will convene today in emergency session regarding Terri Schiavo.
You have threatened charging him with a crime for making a request of the Federal government. That is lower than pond scum of you.
Don't misunderestimate George W. Bush.
There is some pretty "curious" "coincidences in the timeline.

Aug - Terri awarded $250,000 in malpractice settlement.
Nov - Terri awarded $1.4 million in malpractice trial.
Nov - Michael Schiavo awarded $600,000 in malpractice trial.
1993
Feb - Michael Schiavo denies recommended rehabilitation treatment.
Feb - Schiavo and Terri's parents have falling out regarding lack of therapy for Terri.
Feb - Schiavo withholds medical information from Terri's parents.
Feb - Schiavo posts Do not Resuscitate order in Terri's medical chart.
Jun - Schiavo threatens Schindler family with lawsuit.
Aug - Schiavo orders medical staff not to treat Terri for potentially fatal infection.
Sep - Bob and Mary Schindler petition courts to remove Schiavo as Terri's guardian.
Nov - Schiavo admits in deposition that he knew withholding treatment of infection could result in Terri's death.

May - Judge Shames approves Schiavo action to remove Terri's nutrition and hydration.
Jul - Schiavo's engagement to Jodi Centonze announced.

Every one of them said she performed functions that according to Florida Law a patient in a persistent vegetative state cannot perform. If any of them gave her the label of PVS, it's irrelevent. Florida Law does not recognize any definition of PVS other that the definition written into Florida Law.

You should take the time to acquaint yourself with the facts, instead of continuing to shoot from the hip, without being aware of the most important issues, which is that Terri is being murdered by her husband, who is allowed to be her guardian, despite his conflict of interest in looking out for Terri's best interests.
Do you think we should legalize "murder by spouse"?

I am merely trying to bring to your attention the facts of the case, which many are not aware of.
If you want to be fair, you should open your mind and read through at least some of this stuff -- the more you read, the more you find out that Terri is literally being murdered, and since all avenues to help her have been exhausted, our Congress and our President are courageously stepping in, to keep an innocent woman from being murdered for convenience.
The other bottom line is that regardless of what anyone thinks about Terri's mental condition or ability, her parents are willing to take her and take care of her, so why not allow her to live.
If there are stray dogs in the shelter, which are going to be put to death, but if someone comes along to adopt them, they are allowed to be taken by those people and are allowed to live.
Don't you think Terri deserves the same rights that are accorded to stray dogs?
He said it "bothers me greatly that she's never had a thorough neurological exam".
He cited affidavits from fifteen doctors that she is not in "any kind of a state" and I had to think what has brought this man to this position at this time.
He is obviously qualified, articulate, passionate, and courageous--and he's the Senate Majority Leader.
Ditto Tom Delay who said "no swamp judge is going to defy Congress".
All the shills of Soros, all the media megaphones for murder, may call a pig a dog, but it will never hunt.
I think we have taken a considerable first step in judicial reform and restoring the sanctity of life in the eyes of the law.
