Well, it is a PDF. I can't copy it because it is tamper proof or something, and I don't see the URL. All it says, is that the Dr thinks the MRI and CT scans were misread in the 2001 hearing and he is attesting to his opinion that she has more brain matter than they said.
It indicates a MRI exists.

It might indicate he misspoke. There are no other sources that say she had an MRI, and plenty of sources saying she's had none. And there's this quote.
I'll need more evidence than that.

There are other indications as well.
A MRI is not needed in any case. PVS as it pertains to FL law, is more a matter of ability, and certain characteristics.
All this baloney about her getting better and having potential is just that. It has been blown out of the water.

No sir, I am not damn dense and I do not think you are STUPID.
I personally could care less if you agree with anything I think. I am quite comfortable with what I think and have no problem stating what I think and why.
You sir, are the one who seems to believe that Congress has committed the unpardonable sin, and this nation will no longer exist as it once was.
Congress represents we the people and they have the authority to act on our behalf.
You are the one who has play the higher then thou part treating me as "soooooooostoooopid" because you do not like what I think.
You need some sleep.
To: Cold Heat
It has not been blown out of the water, and it is not baloney.
And you seem to be focused on meeting the requirements of PVS as to FL law, rather than actually determining if she is PVS.
Hammesfahr is a world renowned neurologist with a Nobel nomination in his field, and he thinks Terri's injury is consistent with a stroke brought on by strangulation, and he has a lot more medical training and expertise than twenty Freepers put together, you and me included.

I'll need more evidence than that. Go find it. I found it.
Not runnin a google school here. Not trying to prove a damn thing either.
I finished my investigation about three months ago. I'm done. Their are other references too. In news reports. I have seen plenty, and never thought it would be a issue, until last night when one of the family members started saying it, and it was picked up today by the congress.
Don't you people know a media scam when you see one?
Perhaps not! LOL!

I know, I had one try to put me through the ringer once. They should be banned from medicine.

Not trying to prove a damn thing either. Then we can discard your claim that an MRI exists. Either you prove it or you don't, it doesn't matter to me.

"What a stupendous, what an incomprehensible machine is man! Who can endure toil, famine, stripes, imprisonment & death itself in vindication of his own liberty, and the next moment . . . inflict on his fellow men a bondage, one hour of which is fraught with more misery than ages of that which he rose in rebellion to oppose."Thomas Jefferson to Jean Nicholas Demeunier, January 24, 1786

Unless they say "kill Terri," then you're fine with them.

"one woman who has every right to die if she wants." Change the word "die" for the word "live" and I think you have got the crux of the situation that we are all concerned about. We would like to send in the Federal Marshals to rescue this poor woman. Is it not interesting that one Easter morning we sent in Federal Marshals to snatch Elian Gonzales so that his Daddy could take him back to Communist Cuba. We are calling for the same favor for this Easter to have poor Terri snatched from the Woodside Hospice and given back to her family in the United States of America.

And repeating again:
"And isn't it amazing to watch people defend this on the grounds that his wife isn't really alive, implying the marriage contract loses it's teeth based on her incapacited condition rendering his co-habitation and child producing justified, but then turn around and argue for her death based on the viability and sacrosanct nature of the marriage contract?"

And I'm going to BUMP Albion Girl's observant words again, as they are absolutely oozing with irony and screaming with salience:

I would trust a md with a degree in some other disciplines. Neurology is a diploma mill operation in India, and a way to get into the U.S.
There are so many idiots willing to part with their money.
I bet you are one.

Well stated. You may use all the sarcasm you want. With genetic design just around the corner, I wonder what prospects there will be for the "mistakes?"
