Just heard on Fox that U.S. Senate will convene today in emergency session regarding Terri Schiavo.
True. But even those mere animals cannot be starved to death without criminal consequences.
You make be all hat and not cattle.
I want to make sure.
You are claiming you can shoot your dogs any time you please because you own them.
Why? I don't know anyone, especially a 24 year old, who when asked that question would say, "YES, please keep me alive in a hospice indefinitely if I ever become in a vegitative state, with no chance of recovery and can't feed myself."
No it wasn't. Her wishes were not expressed.
No
I think he thinks he can, hence the use of the word "cap" which fits like a glove with his use of the words "powder." I think he owns guns and intends to use them on his dogs whenever he feels like it.
That's what the debate is about, isn't it. Some say those were her wishes.
Yet to be determined.
Doesn't everyone!
ooops!
LOL! You can't be serious. I have shot dozens of dogs. cats, cows, one horse and a mule.
So sue me.
Therefore, you completely missed the point. LOL!
How many years before you would be satisfied? How many years? It's already been 15.
The Nazis thought the same. They could not think why the invalid should bother wanting to go on living and it was so expensive to maintain them. Almost you persuade me.
No
Now I understand your position on killing Terri Schiavo though. She is of no more use to you than the dozens of your dogs, cats, etc.
"Some say those were her wishes."
Only her husband, his brother and his girlfriend say that. And all based on one offhand comment Terri MAY or may NOT have made.
Terri's family and her girlfriends testified to the opposite.
And when there is uncertainty and Terri's parents are willing to assume all responsibility for Terri, including caring for her, why not err on the side of letting her live?
Oh hey, I forgot, I burned 1500 chickens in gasoline and barrels when I was 14. (well, I had some help from my parents and two brothers, but we got it done.
And some say the moon is made of green cheese. Read the law. Hearsay is inadmissible as evidence by default. Show me the exception that allows hearsay as evidence. And the "some" are Michael Schiavo, his brother and his brother's wife but quantity of hearsay is not an admissible criteria.
Catherine Crier stated on Geraldo that Terri's best friend (?) testified that Terri said those were her wishes. I was not aware of that.
I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT NAZI'S. I'm talking about the wishes of a free thinking human being. We still have that here, don't we? I'm asking you a question with a revision. I don't know anyone, especially a 24 year old, who when asked that question would say, "YES, please keep me alive in a hospice indefinitely if I ever become in a vegitative state as long as there is a 2% chance that I may be able to swallow some food again. Would you? If you say yes, you're a liar.
Next time try making sense.
Given the chance, you could have defended the rights to hold black people as slaves in perpetuity too but those mean Feds took that right away from you.
Well then how come every judge and court thought otherwise?
