Wolfson's report is based on court files, depositions, medical records and interviews with everyone involved.
That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:
Did Michael try to kill Terri?
Wolfson laughs. "No!"

Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

I read the testmony too. Sounded like something out of Frankenstein. sheew
Mine didn't look like that at all either, mine had alot of gray and alot of white areas. But you could certainly tell that it was the brain. The scan I received was a 360 degree scan. You could see my eyeballs, optical nerves, ear canal, and cochlea.
Hard to say which direction it's looking at, I couldn't tell you if it's looking at the top of the skull down inside, or from underneath her chin upward.
No one said that officially, they said almost gone. This photo shows some greymatter remaining, with holes in between which renders it likely unusable. That seems to jive with the physical tests performed.
This may also be a early pic before they noticed further degradation.
This is really bad as it is. No one could function at any level with damages as indicated in this, and this is the best pic that this Dr. could find to support his faulty conclusions, as the courts found as well. This neurologists, (Hamesfhar) made all kinds of dubious claims.
Even if it were told to Terri, she does not have the capability to comprehend the info.
Most likely only recognizes Michael by his voice.
Highly doubt Terri knows who the girlfriend is & that would "maybe" be puzzling to her.

Since you're the one doing the assertion isn't the proof and research your burden?

He saw the same videos you and everyone else has. He's also heard testimony regarding such. ....and why are you yelling like a little kid having a tempertantrum?
I just don't know. This is the only pic that's on the net, I saw some representative drawing about a year ago, but the link is gone.
They were allot better to see in 3-d.
I heard CT is not accurate. Needs to be MRI. Her implants have to come out for that. I can't wait! Can you?!
It is hard to tell exactly when that scan was taken. the area of the scan with the date stamp is blacked out. You'll see a lighter shaded black box on the lower left hand corner. That's where the date stamp is.
It is very sad really. I really want to cry, actually.

I've only been reading court transcripts & medical reports until my eyes have had it for awhile.
Yeah, I was guessing this image was from the top looking down.

MRI's are not usually used for this purpose. CT's are, and they are enhanced with isotopes to show the vascular array.
You don't need MRI tests unless you are looking for muscle and tendon problems.
Besides, she had a MRI early on to do just that apparently, because the Dr. said he saw one...
