Hard to say which direction it's looking at, I couldn't tell you if it's looking at the top of the skull down inside, or from underneath her chin upward.

Looks top down to me, as the hemisphere boundaries seem to show up. I can't say how enhanced this is either. These machines have programs that overlay aids for diagnostic helps.

I just don't know. This is the only pic that's on the net, I saw some representative drawing about a year ago, but the link is gone.

They were allot better to see in 3-d.
