That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:

Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

Your information is so shallow, but I will help you out.
The doctor sued in the lawsuit you are speaking of, was CLEARED OF ALL CHARGES later.
So, the medical field did not make that mistake. Terri didn't have a heart attack. The reason Terri is at the HOSPICE and MEDICAID is paying the bill, instead of it coming out of the LAWSUIT MONEY as it is supposed to.
THE REASON OUR TAXES are paying for it and MICHAEL gets to use the money that was there to pay for her care on other things like FELOS (this is also a fact, I have documented proof available), is because of FELOS and MICHAEL. They transferred her to the HOSPICE , against the legal procedures of notification specified by the court, and got the court to rule that she was PVS so they could have MEDICAID foot the bills.
FELOS is good at scamming MEDICARE, they are after his butt for doing so. (I have documented proof of this as well.)
Well, if he had known that he'd be sued for 17 years, he could have asked for that, too.

Just blows my mind. I wonder if the jury that awarded all that money for rehab have followed this case. You would think some sharp reporter would interview some of them and tell them how the money was actually spent.

Not withstanding the fact that in previous court testimony he also gave his word that he wanted to take care of Terri the rest of her life, no matter how long she lived.
And besides, I thought Hildy said Terri Schaivo died 15 years ago. It's odd that there was no funeral, no burial, and that they have kept the corpse in hospital and hospice beds all these years It's even stranger that they are still trying to kill her even though she has been dead for 15 years.
I thought I was at FreeRepublic but perhaps I have wandered into the Twilight Zone or the Bates Motel or something.

Yeah it is, but if I didn't want anyone to know that I sued/wanted to pull plug for money, then I sure wouldn't take any money from someone else if they offered it to me. I'm not a lawyer, but I would bet that he could get into trouble for doing it.

It's very worrisome. When has there ever been a law passed that didn't have loopholes, unintended consequences, and something that is subject to some (liberal) judges interpretation?
Good thing you said that. Now, let me know what you find out about whether it is true or not. I expect you to find proof. If not, then your words mean nothing.
