TOKYO - the American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice launched Saturday a call with a democratic evolution of China, in a speech in front of the university from Sofia in Tokyo.

"Even China must in the final analysis adopt an opened form, truly representative, of government, if she wants to collect the fruits and to answer the challenges of a more and more globalized world", Mrs. Rice affirmed.

"A each time we saw that the economic and political opening cannot be separated a long time", the Secretary of State pled.

"A the obviousness, America is right to be pleased with the rise to power of prosperous China, peaceful and trustful in it. We want that China becomes a total partner, anxious to conform its power growing to its international responsibilities ", it added.

"There are of course questions which complicate our co-operation with China, in particular Taiwan", recognized Mrs. Rice by underlining however that the position of the United States in favour of only one China "is clear and did not change".

Within the framework of his first round in Asia, the Secretary of State comes to visit India, Afghanistan and Pakistan and must go to South Korea and especially to China, the most important stage of his round.

What does she think she's doing? She might help enact real change and we all know Secretary of State's aren't supposed to get anything done. Come on.

:) HA! Denote sarcasm.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice calls for democracy in China

The words were from Condi Rice, the okay to speak these words came from George Bush. This is the equal of President Regan's, "Mr. Gorbachev tear down this wall."

The rubicon has been crossed.

19 state legislatures vote for execution of some murderers under 18 - Robed Masters strike it down;
Citizens vote to ban sodomite marriage - Robed Masters strike it down;
Citizens vote to limit privileges for illegal alien criminals - Robed Masters strike it down;
State legislatures vote to protect unborn children - Robed Masters strike it down;

Next, I hope Condi calls for democracy in the U.S.

If Condi keeps this up, she may put Colin Powell's legacy in jeopardy. {;>}

Do you think Condi wonders around the State Department, contemplating her legacy?

:)
