I wonder if the Florida Congress can impeach Judge Greer. He has no authority to order euthanasia. Shouldn't Dr. Kevorkian be freed if the U.S. Congress allows this?

Exactly---what the heck is Dr. Kevorkian doing in jail if this is okay? The people he killed at least said (as I recall) that they wanted to die.

Would that impeachment of the Judiciary could be based on overstepping their authority. Unfortunately, there is little precedence for this, and much against it. For all practical purposes the judge would have to commit some private criminal act like robbing a convenience store or taking a bribe to be impeached.
