Felos presser -- good synopsis. And he several times encouraged everyone listening to call the dems (Hillary, waxman, et al) and demand them to stand up for individual rights, the right to privacy, the right to die . . . "We don't want Congress to stick their noses in on our loved ones to die in peace" (to that effect)
And he invoked several times that familiar phrase "death process", as in, "It would be cruel to interupt for a yet a third time the death process."
He's slick. Interesting ploy, slamming concerned right to life people IN BOTH PARTIES -- for this is not a single party issue! -- and invoking the left on this -- wonder how that will play?
In answer to question, PhiKap, I believe he said that it was delivered by several, only badge he was shown was of a US Marshall.
Thanks! That makes sense it was the US Marshal Service -- that is who delivers federal subpoenas so I guess they do Congressional ones as well.
I am telling you that Felos has accomplished his plan. His motions from last week, and also interviews he has done.
his words in the motions---
"The Court has ruled"
http://www.baynews9.com/content/36/2005/3/17/74856.html
"The guardian has no discretion," said Felos. "It is not the guardian's decision to do this. It must be done because it is the order of this court."
Now it will be easier for a court to order a death, Felos has fanagled it so that it's not the guardian's choice.
It is going to be heck to be disabled or elderly in Florida if the Legislature or Congress doesn't correct this problem.
I read an article this past week that some hospices may 'not' admit you if you have a feeding tube, so they are already discouraging feeding tubes. I believe this is why they were so adamant about removing Terri's tube instead of just capping it and not feeding her.
Abomination!
Felos' blathering and fury was laughable -- accused our Congress of being as in Russia .. politburo?? and he's the one acting "Russian," ..and in the process of killing an innocent?? He needs to do a lot of meditation and yoga this weekend to keep him from blowing his lid.
