I agree. Delay is my congressman -- he has earned his moniker.

I simply mentioned that there was a time before living wills where families had to make these kind of decisions.
I think your emotions have got the better of you in this matter.

Still it won't dissuade me from voting for a third party.

Felos presser -- good synopsis. And he several times encouraged everyone listening to call the dems (Hillary, waxman, et al) and demand them to stand up for individual rights, the right to privacy, the right to die . . . "We don't want Congress to stick their noses in on our loved ones to die in peace" (to that effect)
And he invoked several times that familiar phrase "death process", as in, "It would be cruel to interupt for a yet a third time the death process."
He's slick. Interesting ploy, slamming concerned right to life people IN BOTH PARTIES -- for this is not a single party issue! -- and invoking the left on this -- wonder how that will play?
In answer to question, PhiKap, I believe he said that it was delivered by several, only badge he was shown was of a US Marshall.

What was Felos position on Federal intervention into this matter? Did he support Clinton's exercise of the "rule of law"?

Having 24-hr-a-day free time, I'm pretty much heavily involved in my county Republican party. But, if Terri is allowed to be killed, I'm out of it.

I see. But in the history of Freeperdom, has any group of Freepers ever actually "Freeped" a G.O.P. White House on anything?

Having to deal with it without such orders is a gut wreching dilemma I hope you never have to go through. I don't know how a DNR situation can be compared to this case.
Terri Schiavo does not have a terminal illness, she is responsive to people, she is conscious, though severely brain-damaged and disabled.
How can people think she should just be starved to death?
