Are you sure? That's my big question. I thought that once a Congressional subpoena is ordered, that the persons are given Federal protection.

Are we wrong about that?

Judges hold way too much power, now. This is a perfect example. I hope the judge is held in contempt but I doubt it will happen.

There is a subpoena in place.

And under Federal law, if a person is under Federal subpoena, it is illegal to do anything to cause them harm. Therefore, the judge is in violation of Federal law. So is Michael, her so-called husband.
