Sounds like they are letting the subpoena just trickle out. Why would they issue one if they weren't prepared to stand behind it. The impotence and incompetence of the Republicans exceeds the hypocrisy of the Dems.

Disgruntled Republicans won't vote Democrat (except maybe in RI Senate election of 2006), but they will vote for occasional third candidates or more likely boycott the whole election process as a farce. If Republicans have won all of this and can't or WON'T do any more than that, then the system is on automatic pilot, and who needs to spend money and time electing more ineffective Republicans.

Of course, I would think that disgruntled Republicans would still support the small number of brave lawmakers like Mike Pence, Dave Weldon, and Mel Martinez.
