Sounds like they are letting the subpoena just trickle out. Why would they issue one if they weren't prepared to stand behind it. The impotence and incompetence of the Republicans exceeds the hypocrisy of the Dems.

"Why would they issue one if they weren't prepared to stand behind it."
Newt said that the judge can now be held in contempt. That really opens new possibilities.
I understand your anger. They are, however, part of the solution. I give them credit. This was a brilliant move they made this morning. It's all new territory. And they are working on the problem, even as we 'speak'.
Not only that, they are going against a recent poll, which apparently shows that most people want Michael [named after the warrior arch angel] to get his way. I'm proud of them. I'm proud of the FReepers, Rush, Hannity, President Bush, Governor Bush, and Mr. Gingrich. I even look forward to hearing what Savage has to say [witch crossed fingers-- no telling what he'll want to talk about].
It's been one amazing battle up to now, and it 'ain't over till the Fat Lady sings.
